Limitation of LiabilityWavoAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes costs from substitute goods or services, unauthorized data access or alteration, third-party conduct, or any other Service-related matters. WavoAI's total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount paid to WavoAI in the past six months or one hundred dollars ($100).
